Refund policy
We will gladly accept Returns or Exchange, given that the goods returned are NOT damaged or used and in their ORIGINAL packing with tags (if any), within 15 Days of purchase.
Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
Refund requests will be processed within 3 days(excluding Sundays) after receiving the return products.
All returns should be sent to TSS Customer Department, whose address will be shared by our Insta handle once you DM.

Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, are included with your return shipment.
2. SHIP TO

3. REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Upon receiving the return shipment at our office, it would take us 1-3 working days (excluding Sundays) to process you Refund or Exchange. We will notify once process gets initiated, in mean while we greatly appreciate your patience ?
